Introduction

This website is operated by Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids. Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly before employing our services. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our cleaning services. Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, replace, update, revise or change these terms at any time and without notice. The most current version will supersede previous versions. Therefore, it is incumbent upon you to review these terms and conditions periodically and before purchase via our website or by phone. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

You may only use Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids services if you are 18 years or older. Any persons under the age of 18 is prohibited from booking any of our services. Any services booked by a minor will be automatically cancelled.

Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

Online Accounts

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids allows its customers to create an online account for the convenience of scheduling, rescheduling, and updating contact and billing information. This entails setting up a username and password. You will be required to provide accurate personal information and update when necessary.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure and confidential and you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account. We strongly advise against sharing your account information for someone else’s use. Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of you not keeping account information secure and confidential. If there is unauthorized usage of your account, please contact us immediately.

Our Services

If you choose to enlist Chosen Sani-Fresh services, you will be required to provide information pertinent to the successful booking of the requested service. Information applicable to your service includes but is not limited to payment information, billing, and mailing address. Please review our Privacy Policy as to how we keep your personal information secure. All information you provide to us or our third-party payment processor must be accurate, current, and complete.

Payment

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. A credit card number must be kept on file for recurring services. You may call our office at any time to have your credit card removed from our database.

When a customer books an appointment, we pre-authorize payment on the card for the service total. This pre-authorization is released if the appointment is cancelled. Final payment is processed upon completion of service. This also applies to all recurring services. Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids reserves the right, in its sole discretion to suspend recurring services if there is an outstanding balance on your account. A digital receipt is emailed upon completion of every cleaning service.

You are not obligated to tip your cleaner(s), but it is a great way to show your appreciation for their hard work. Tips to our cleaners can either be added online by logging into your account or cash personally handed to them.

Cancellation

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids does not generally charge a cancellation fee. We ask that you give us at least a 48-hour courtesy notice. It is left to our sole discretion to charge a cancellation fee of $50 the day of service and/or refuse future cleaning services if the customer has shown a pattern of cancelling or rescheduling on the day of scheduled service. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion to cancel appointments. Pre-authorization payment of card is released upon cancellation by us.

When booking an appointment, the customer indicates how property will be accessed. If our cleaners arrive at the property and stipulated method of entry is unavailable, this will be deemed as a non-courtesy cancellation and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to card on file.

Re-Clean/ Refund Policy

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids strives to provide quality service to our customers and boasts a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning services, give us a call within 24 hours after rendered service and we will schedule a re-clean of the specific area(s) you are dissatisfied with. If you are still not satisfied with our re-clean, we will refund you 100% of your money.

If you are dissatisfied with the initial clean and do not wish for us to re-clean, we will refund 100% of your money.

Subscription Plus Plan

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids provides a Subscription Plus Plan that offers even deeper discounts compared to our regular recurring services. The Subscription Plus Plan can only be set up by phone with a customer service representative. You are required to pay the full amount for the Subscription Plus Plan you select. If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription, you can call us and we will refund the unused amount that was paid upfront. Breakage/ Theft

Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids is bonded and insured. We must be notified within 48 hours of service by email or phone. We will need the following information to thoroughly, effectively, and fairly review and resolve incident: 1) what was damaged/stolen, 2) cost to fix or replace item (fair market value), 3) photo of damaged/stolen item and 4) a written statement by customer of incident. Next, we will interview the cleaner(s) that serviced the property. If Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids, after reviewing damage/theft report in its entirety, in its sole discretion concludes that it is responsible for the damage/theft, it will pay for or fix item in question. It is our main goal in such instances to resolve any issues that arise expeditiously and fairly.

Non-solicitation of Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids’ Representatives

All of our employees and independent contractors have signed a non-compete agreement with Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids and are prohibited from soliciting business from our customers for themselves or anyone else (including entity) during their employment with us and for a period of one year following termination of employment. You, the customer, hereby agree under no circumstance will attempt to hire any of our employees or independent contractors of Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids to perform cleaning services for a period of not less than one year from the date the employee or subcontractor last worked for Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO CASE SHALL CHOSEN SANI-FRESH MAIDS, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chosen Sani-Fresh Maids and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.
